2. Indy Car, Nashville
September 1, 2025, Nashville: Alex Palou capped off a dominant year with a podium at the Nashville season finale, sealing a campaign that delivered 8 wins and both the drivers’ and manufacturers’ championships for Honda. Palou’s 2025 season included 13 podiums in 17 races, highlighted by victory at the 109th Indianapolis 500. Honda claimed 12 wins in total, with Kyle Kirkwood adding three and Scott Dixon securing one, helping six Honda-powered drivers finish inside the championship top-10. The achievements mark Honda’s seventh INDYCAR SERIES title and 11th in American open-wheel history. Rookie Louis Foster added to the success, securing Honda’s fourth-straight Rookie of the Year title. Remarkably, this is the first season since 2005 that Honda has won the Indy 500 and swept all three INDYCAR championships in the same year.
