At the MXGP of the Netherlands, Tim Gajser came within one point of the overall podium, securing third in the second moto in just his second race back from injury. Ruben Fernandez added a top 10 finish, while Ferruccio Zanchi Lata showed strong progress in MX2.

Over in INDYCAR at Milwaukee, Alex Palou led 199 laps before finishing P2 for his 12th podium of 2025, with Honda already crowned Drivers’ and Manufacturers’ Champion. Scott Dixon (P9) and Marcus Armstrong (P10) added more top 10 results, while rookie Louis Foster extended his Rookie of the Year lead to eight points with one race remaining.

Marini Powers Honda to Best Weekend Yet with Double Top Five Finishes

24th August 2025: Luca Marini delivered Honda’s strongest performance of the season in Hungary, claiming fourth in the Sprint and fifth in the Grand Prix—his best results to date on the RC213V. Overcoming early race drama, Marini’s consistent pace and late charge secured him Honda’s first double top-five weekend since the Sprint format was introduced, moving him to 13th in the World Championship with 72 points and lifting Honda HRC Castrol above LCR in the team standings. While teammate Joan Mir’s race ended early after a first-lap clash, his competitive pace throughout the weekend underlined Honda’s steady progress as the MotoGP championship now looks ahead to Barcelona and Misano.

2) Netherlands MX GP

Gajser Shines with Narrow Podium Miss in Netherlands as Fernandez and Lata Show Progress

24th Aug 2025: Honda HRC’s Tim Gajser delivered an impressive performance at the MXGP of the Netherlands, finishing third in the second moto and missing the overall podium by just one point in only his second GP back from shoulder surgery. The strong ride on the demanding Arnhem sand highlighted his rapid return to form and boosted confidence ahead of the final three rounds of the 2025 season. Teammate Ruben Fernandez showed improvement with a clean top-10 finish in moto two, while MX2 rider Ferruccio Zanchi Lata fought through early setbacks to climb from 10th in the first race to a struggling 12th in the second race, underlining steady progress. With Türkiye, China, and Australia next on the calendar, the Honda HRC squad is building momentum to close the championship on a high.

3) Milwaukee INDYCAR
